Deck, Stair and Master Suite Access Construction

Demolition of the existing deck and stairs, followed by the construction of two new wood deck areas, approximately 300 sq. ft. and 96 sq. ft. The project included new framing, wood railings with black aluminum balusters, a cocktail rail, and an L-shaped staircase with 17 steps and three landings. A new glazed door was also installed from the master suite to the deck, including the necessary interior finishing work.
